We've been having an amazing time documenting the yearly phases of Jim Davis's native prairie. Probably the most dramatic day was when we filmed the controlled burn. It was a remarkable spectacle, but we also learned quite a bit from the Department of Natural Resources staff and Bill Duell, Jim's caretaker.
